Once again we are being subjected to the travesty of watching the latest major celebrity, Mr. Woods (also see politicians, cinema, etc.), stand before the American populace beating his breast and asking forgiveness for his transgressions. The only thing that he/they are actually sorry for is that he/they got caught. However, he has been told by his handlers that "we the people" will understand any bad behavior and put up with it, provided it is admitted to and forgiveness is pleaded for. What a farce. ...more
