SPCA Suncoast at critical juncture
A shortage in donations has left the SPCA Suncoast scrabbling to find funds to keep the lights on. Betty Moore, treasurer for the board of director's says they have taken out a sizable loan to help them through their fiscal year, which ends Feb. 28 but donations are still needed.
