If Mr. Ross had taken the time to read Ms. Palin's book before critiquing it, he would have found the answer to his own question concerning the choice of the book's title on pages 318 and 319; quote: It was a CNN story, byline by Dana Bash. Palin's off script comments irk McCain aides. Several McCain advisors suggest they have become increasingly frustrated with what one aide described as Palin "going rogue." First, just a cursory review of our Founders' commentaries tell us they intended us to be a nation of people, not governments. Secondly, we can no longer afford our governments; the corollary of which is that we now can no longer even afford ourselves - given that feds have been engaging in pandering populism since the New Deal with a creative spending frenzy which has effectively bankrupt the taxpayer.
