A Pahokee man who used stolen front-end loaders to dislodge ATMs at 11 banks in nine counties, including Polk and Manatee, is in the Leon County Jail, authorities said. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested Nasedra Lumpkin, 33, after a 15-month investigation into the string of ATM thefts the agency said netted more than $1 million and caused $575,000 damage to the banks. ...more
