HUDSON - Pasco County detectives are investigating the suspicious death of a man in Hudson after his body was found late Tuesday.
The man, thought to be in his 60s, was found on the ground behind 10027 Oak Drive about 11 p.m. Tuesday, sheriff's spokesman Kevin Doll said.
An autopsy was expected to be completed today by the Pinellas-Pasco Medical Examiner's Office to determine how he died. Detectives spent hours collecting evidence at the scene.
The man's name has not been released because his family has not been notified.
He lived in a shack set back in the woods behind a mobile home on Oak Drive and behind MDR Salvage yard on Hicks Road.
The two-acre property is owned by Bill Tamasy, who said today that he allowed the man to stay there in what used to be an office when he owned the salvage yard.
