HUDSON - Pasco County sheriff's detectives are asking for the public's help in locating a 43-year-old Hudson woman who went missing July 5.
Authorities and relatives are concerned, said sheriff's office spokesman Kevin Doll, because the woman has never been away for so long without contacting family.
Kimberly Marie O' Connell is addicted to oxycodone and Percocet according to a sheriff's office report. She was last seen at her home on Fargo Drive on the afternoon of July 5 when she left after an argument with her boyfriend about getting some oxycodone.
Even if O'Connell takes off for awhile, a report states, she would always call her parents and talk with her son, of whom they have custody.
O' Connell's boyfriend, James Rappa, told detectives she sometimes smokes crack and one time she left the area to stay with a drug dealer in east Hillsborough County. A friend of Rappa's told him she was spotted on New York Avenue in Hudson walking toward U.S. 19 in the late afternoon of July 5.
She is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. She has straight, shoulder-length auburn hair and hazel eyes. She was seen wearing blue jeans and a pink shirt.
Detectives ask that anyone with information call (727) 847-7711 or to give a tip anonymously call 1-800-706-2488.
