NEW PORT RICHEY - Art and nature lovers and anyone else who appreciates a good photograph can study several of them as the Pasco Arts Council presents an exhibition of entries in the West Pasco Audubon Society's annual Natural Florida photo contest, held in April.
The contest photos will be on display through the end of July in the lobby of the West Pasco Government Center, 7530 Little Road.
The photographs all highlight natural settings, landscapes or animals in Florida.
One category in the contest focuses on native bird species in the wild. Another is of images that capture the natural beauty of Pasco County parks.
The exhibition can be viewed from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays, except holidays.
The Holiday-based Pasco Arts Council sponsors exhibits in county buildings to increase awareness and appreciation of local talent while enhancing the experience of those visiting or working in public buildings.
