Dade City man indicted in fatal shooting

NEW PORT RICHEY - A Pasco County grand jury today indicted a Dade City man on a first-degree murder charge.
Anthony James Harris, 24, of 37508 Oakview Circle, is accused in the slaying of Cleo Stinyard Jr. in what authorities say was a drug-related shooting. Harris was arrested June 17 and has been held in the Land O' Lakes Jail since.
Stinyard, 48, was found dead in his mobile home on Laura Lane in Lacoochee on June 12.
