George W. and Jeb Bush took governments that were flush and ran them into the ground. Florida has a tourist industry any state would dream of. The United States had $5 trillion in its coffers. Now look where we are.
In Florida under Jeb, the lobbyists wrote our insurance laws, and the phone companies did the same. Jeb shifted our school money to the counties, which can only raise taxes to accomplish their goals.
Now we will see if the Democrats can change things in the United States. This will only happen if they get to change things.
The Southern GOP has shown its plans: letting the auto industry tank; digging our financial hole even deeper.
The answer is giving Barack Obama the tools he needs in the next mid-term election to reclaim the American dream.
You can't ask a man to build a house for you if you don't give him the tools.
