Have you been to the New Port Richey Public Library lately? You know, the "Best Library in the State."
How they won that award I'll never know. People, including librarians, talking out loud, people talking on cell phones, teenagers playing video games for hours at a time and using foul language while others wait to use computers for school projects, job searches, etc.
I asked one day where the suggestion box was so I could air my frustrations. I had to explain to the woman behind the desk what a suggestion box is.
