This year's election, without question, will prove to be momentous. Sen. John McCain and Gov. Sarah Palin are qualified to win victory on Nov. 4.
Sen. McCain is pleased to claim his excellent foreign policy record while serving in the U.S. Senate. This demonstrates he is fully prepared to lead our nation as the next commander in chief.
Needless to say, John McCain is not just a war hero. As president, he promises, he will reduce the size of the federal government and refuse to sign a bill with a spending earmark in it. Furthermore, he will not expand entitlement programs that violate taxpayers' rights.
McCain and Palin would consistently challenge social and economic problems that exist in our government. Their first priority would be putting pressure on the least productive lawmakers in Congress and insist that they finalize an energy bill which would allow drilling for oil and natural gas.
It is time for America to become independent from foreign oil.
