The Republicans at McCain's and Palin's rallies who scream out "terrorist," "get him" and "kill him" are as despicable as any lynch mob in American history.
The fact that McCain and Palin are allowing this hateful conduct to go on during their appearances is a disgrace.
Generating hate like this leads to violence and death.
It's fortunate that most Americans, including responsible Republicans, are repulsed by this desperate strategy to win votes.
McCain and Palin have shown by their actions that they are not fit to lead this nation.
