In regards to the recent renaming of the Triborough Bridge, in New York City, this bridge opened in 1936 with that name.
Now, I almost want to barf. Renaming it the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Bridge? Give me a break.
How many landmarks does that Kennedy family want? It is a joke. Robert Kennedy has been dead for 40 years.
Hasn't America had enough Kennedy streets, avenues, boulevards and schools?
When Ted Kennedy's time comes I suggest a fitting tribute: renaming Dike Bridge, on Chappaquiddick, after him.
This would be well deserved.
Enough of the King Kennedys. Go away.
