This is in response to the letter to the editor in your Nov. 12 editions, "Big Waste," which declared there was no one worth voting for in the 2008 presidential election. I am sure I will be the first of many.
If, as the letter writer declared, he is a "lifelong Democrat," how can he "proudly state" that he was not involved at all in this election?
How was this election any different than any other with 1) being a "ridiculous event" in the months preceding it and 2) candidates asking for contributions? The only difference was 3) he had voted previously.
I'm glad he has "a life," which he told the people who voted Nov. 4 to get. If he ever runs for an election I'm sure that I will "no-vote" for him.
