Chamber To Again Present Sleek And Sexy Night

TRINITY - People who are kicking themselves for missing last year's Sleek and Sexy Night will get another chance on Wednesday, Nov. 19.

That's the night Pasco residents can dress to impress at the event to support the bid by Trinity Rotarian Kat Sille to become Honorary Governor of West Pasco.

Yes, for those election junkies going into withdrawal after the presidential election this month, they can still cast votes in the mock gubernatorial race. The West Pasco Chamber of Commerce sponsors the race.

Each dollar raised equals a vote, Sille's campaign manager, Becky Bennett, explained. Proceeds are split equally between Sille's charity of choice, Healthy Families Pasco-Hernando Program, and the Chamber of Commerce's Building Fund.

Sleek and Sexy Night will start at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 19 at Zen Forrest Pan-Asian Restaurant, 4148 Rowan Road, New Port Richey.

The evening will include hors d'oeuvres, complimentary champagne, live music with salsa demonstration and dancing, cash bar, auction items and more, Bennett promises.

People also can buy chances to win a diamond necklace from MacKinnon's Jewelers at $20 a chance. People do not need to be present to win.

Tickets cost $25 per person or $45 per couple before Nov. 15. The individual tickets will cost $35 at the door. Call Bennett at 727-452-4693 for tickets, sponsorship information, auction items and more information.
