Music has more tastes and flavors than Baskin Robbins, but when it comes to our National Anthem, please don't try to make it your own.
It's not your own. It belongs to the American people and should be sung and played as written. The Patti LaBelle and Back Street Boys versions performed at the 2008 World Series should only be sung in the shower, not on center stage for the whole world to criticize.
Please don't try to change our National Anthem, American flag, baseball or mom's apple pie recipe. Certain things should be left alone.
