Habitat To Recruit More Volunteers

NEW PORT RICHEY West Pasco Habitat for Humanity will recruit more volunteers this Saturday to its mission of helping build homes for lower-income residents who otherwise couldn't afford them.
Volunteer orientation will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 21, at the Habitat offices, according to Executive Director George McCoy. The office is at 3531 Grand Blvd., at Moog Road. Its telephone number is 727-859-9038.
Meanwhile, work will continue this weekend on West Pasco Habitat projects in the Moon Lake area. One house needs tile and grout work. Another requires dry wall to be hung and landscaping to be started.
