President Johnson took Social Security and Medicare out of the special fund and put them into the general fund. Congress should put them back into a separate fund and make sure they write it so it can't be used for the pet project of every member of Congress.
This way the funds would not run out of money to take care of the retired and sick.
Social Security should not be put into the stock market for Wall Street to blow it, like the deals they are in now.
