Hydrocodone Arrest Made

PORT RICHEY – A Port Richey man arrested early today faces accusations of trying to sell 50 hydrocodone painkiller pills and a quarter of an ounce of marijuana to an undercover detective, according to an arrest report.

David M. Terry, 30, 6835 Twilite Drive, Port Richey, was arrested shortly after midnight Tuesday on felony charges of trafficking in hydrocodone and the sale of marijuana, a Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrest report shows.

The detective bought the narcotic prescription drug from Terry for $140 on April 19 last year, the report shows.

Terry was taken into custody in the 6700 block of U.S. 19 near a trash hauling business. His bail was initially set at $55,000.

Crack Cocaine Charges Filed

PORT RICHEY – A Port Richey man faces accusations of twice selling crack cocaine to an undercover detective, a Pasco County Sheriff's Office arrest report shows.

Francesco Billetta, 22, 7114 Palisade Drive, was arrested on two felony counts of sale of crack cocaine and two felony counts of possession of crack cocaine.

His bail initially was set at $30,000 when he was booked into the Pasco County jail shortly before 12:30 a.m. today.

Billetta sold the detective 0.84 grams of crack cocaine for $100 on June 20 of last year, the report shows, and then another .036 grams of crack for $60 the following day on June 21.

2 Face Habitual Traffic Offender Charges

HUDSON – Two drivers were stopped on area roads in separate incidents and now face accusations of habitually violating traffic laws.

Kenrick Edward Davis, 44, 11620 Giddens Road, Spring Hill, was arrested on a felony count of habitual traffic violator for driving while license suspended or revoked, according to the Pasco Sheriff's Office arrest report.

Davis was stopped at S.R. 52 and Little Road about 10:30 p.m. Jan. 21, the report shows. His bail initially was set at $5,000.

Earlier in the afternoon of Jan. 21, a Florida Highway Patrol trooper stopped Jovan Audreen Reese on New York Avenue at Diagonal Road for a broken windshield in his vehicle.

Reese, 27, 7388 Holiday Drive, Spring Hill, was arrested on a felony charge of habitual traffic violator for driving while license suspended or revoked, according to the FHP report. His bail initially was set at $5,000.
