Prudential Tropical Realty Acquires First Choice firm

TRINITY, Fla. - TRINITY, Fla. - Prudential Tropical Realty has acquired First Choice Realty, the fourth acquisition in as many months for the Trinity-based real estate firm.
The company is now the second largest real estate company on the Suncoast, with 14 offices and more than 600 sales executives and employees.
"This latest purchase was a strategic move to further strengthen our growing presence in the Pasco market," explains Dewey Mitchell, co-owner of Prudential Tropical Realty.
First Choice co-owners Kathy Despota and Cathy Progin established the firm in 2000 and decided the time was right to align themselves with a company that has strong national brand recognition.
First Choice sales executives and staff will relocate to Prudential Tropical Realty's office in Trinity at 3126 Little Road.
