TRINITY - Longleaf, a traditional front porch community is lighting up for the holidays in a traditional way.
Beginning at 4 p.m. tomorrow, Thursday, Longleaf will begin celebrating the holiday season in the community's downtown district. You can have your picture taken by Savas Photography with Santa at Town Ground Expresso Cafe.
Guests can continue their holiday shopping at Longleaf's Closet and other downtown shops.
Beginning at 5:30 p.m. visitors can take a holiday horse-drawn wagon through the Longleaf community that has been festively decorated for the holidays. The community is known for its exceptional lighting and front porch decorations during the holidays. Attendees will be treated to light holiday refreshments at Cardel Homes and K Hovnanian model homes.
As is the case every Thursday, the Longleaf farmers market will be open, starting at 3 p.m.
Downtown Longleaf is on Town Avenue, north of S.R. 54, off Starkey Boulevard, just west of Little Road.
