NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. - NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. - Carmine Bell, professor of language arts at Pasco-Hernando Community College, was selected to receive the 2008 John Brubaker Memorial Award.
Bell was recognized for her article "Libraries and Human Rights Education," which appeared in the December 2006 issue of the Catholic Library World, the official publication of the Catholic Library Association.
